After the successful inaugural event in London in 2017, The Agile Working Event returns for its second year and is again sponsored by The Agile Organisation.
This years agenda boasts key speakers from organisations such as BT, EDF Energy, Lego, Standard Chartered Bank, Nokia, Mercer and Sheffield Hallam University covering the key pillars of agile working – People, Place, Culture and Technology.
Once again the event will bring together HR, Workplace, Estates & Facilities and business leaders and practitioners across the public and private sectors. Exploring and providing insight on the workplace of the future and new smarter and agile ways of working the Event will unlock critical results from case studies from across the UK and beyond from firms that have successfully implemented award winning smarter working strategies.
Agile working is now a boardroom discussion and The Agile Working Event includes not only a programme of influential speakers but also debating panels, workshops and networking sessions where delegates can ask questions, exchange ideas and share experiences on a subject that is changing the world of work.
“Twentieth century methods are no longer sustainable in 21st Century organisations – as such agile working is no longer a fringe idea but a mainstream concept that no organisation can afford to ignore.” Paul Allsopp, MD and Founder of The Agile Organisation goes on to say “status quo does not improve what you do, and nothing stands still if it is going to thrive. The real benefit of agile working is getting people to think, manage and work differently to create value and better outcomes for the organisation and its customers. Agile working is about commitment to a journey that involves change in culture, behaviours and mindsets.”
Event organisers Sonas Events seek to provide a forum for the business community both in the UK and globally in which delegates can share experiences and take away a toolbox of solutions to implement within their own businesses, that ultimately deliver results. Agile Working Events in 2018 are also planned for Dubai, San Francisco and Toronto.
The Agile Working Event London 2018 aims to bring together like-minded professionals to collaborate, share knowledge and debate key issues. I look forward to welcoming delegates to the American Square Conference Centre London EC3N 2LB on 15th March 2018. Look forward to seeing you there…..
