The Agile Organisation recently supported the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) in conducting research to look at the links between agile working styles, personality and productivity, to consider if different people are more suited to different working styles and also consider whether organisations should use different ways of working to become more productive.

The research included Employee participants from several ENEI member Employers with non-traditional working styles – including:

• Agile workers – people who choose how, when and where they work

• Home workers – either formal or informal; for whole or part of time

• Mobile workers

• People working flex-time
