Research on Agile Working, Personality and Performance

The Agile Organisation supported JEC Professional Services in conducting research for the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) on Agile Working, Personality and Performance. The research and subsequent report looked at the links between agile working styles, personality and productivity, to consider if some personality types are more suited to different working styles and also whether organisations can gain from introducing different ways of working in the search for improved productivity.

The research included Employee participants from several enei member Employers with non-traditional working styles – including:

Agile workers – people who choose how, when and where they work

Home workers – either formal or informal; for whole or part of time

Mobile workers

• People working flex-time
